The ADP2300/ADP2301 is a high efficiency, low dropout buck converter with a maximum output current of 1.2A. The input voltage range is 3.0V to 20V and the switching frequency is 700kHz (ADP2300) or 1.4MHz (ADP2301). The device uses PFM/PWM control and features low start-up current, low quiescent current, over-voltage protection, over-current protection and short-circuit protection.
