Analog Devices ADF4216/ADF4217/ADF4218 Dual RF PLL Frequency Synthesizers Datasheet
The ADF4216/ADF4217/ADF4218 are dual frequency synthesizers designed to implement local oscillators (LOs) in the upconversion and downconversion sections of wireless receivers and transmitters. These devices consist of a low-noise digital Phase Frequency Detector (PFD), a precision charge pump, programmable reference dividers, A and B counters, and a dual-modulus prescaler. Control of all on-chip registers is managed via a simple 3-wire serial interface.
