Analog Devices AD567 12-Bit D/A Converter Datasheet
The AD567 is a single-chip, high-speed 12-bit digital-to-analog converter (DAC) that includes a high-stability buried Zener voltage reference and a double-buffered input latch. It is designed for microprocessor compatibility, allowing direct interface to 4-, 8-, 12-, or 16-bit buses. The device uses 12 precision high-speed bipolar current steering switches and a laser-trimmed thin film resistor network to ensure fast settling time and high accuracy.
