Terms of Use
Last updated: October 3, 2026
These terms apply to your use of www.manuallib.com, operated by BODA High-Tech Computer Inc. ("ManualLib", "we", "us"). By using the site you agree to them. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.
1. The service
ManualLib is a free online library of product manuals, service guides, datasheets and similar documents. You can search, read and download them without an account. Documents are collected from public sources on the web and shared by visitors, as described in where our manuals come from.
2. Acceptable use
You may use the site and download documents for your own personal or internal business reference. You agree not to:
- copy, mirror or republish the library or a substantial part of it, or resell documents obtained from it;
- use bots, scrapers or other automated tools to download documents in bulk, or access the site in a way that places an unreasonable load on it. Search engine crawlers that follow our robots.txt are welcome;
- bypass rate limits, security checks or other technical measures;
- upload or submit anything unlawful, infringing, confidential, malicious or misleading;
- use the site in breach of any law that applies to you.
We may block access that breaks these rules.
3. Third-party documents and trademarks
The documents in the library were written by the manufacturers and publishers of the products they describe, and remain the property of their respective owners. Product names, logos and trademarks belong to their owners and are used only to identify the products the documents relate to.
ManualLib is an independent library. It is not affiliated with, authorised by or endorsed by any manufacturer or trademark owner because that company's products or documents appear here.
The site's own design, text, catalogue data and software belong to ManualLib.
4. Accuracy and safety
Documents are provided for general information. We do not write them and cannot verify them. A document may contain errors, be out of date, or apply to a different revision, region or model variant than your product. Summaries, key points and FAQs shown on manual pages are generated automatically and may be inaccurate.
Nothing on this site is professional engineering, electrical, medical or safety advice. Do not carry out hazardous work or bypass a safety mechanism on the strength of a document found here. When safety matters, confirm the procedure with the manufacturer or a qualified technician.
5. Uploads and other submissions
When you upload a document, send a correction or otherwise submit material to us, you confirm that:
- you have the right to share it, and sharing it does not breach a confidentiality obligation or anyone's rights;
- it does not contain personal data about other people, or malicious code.
You keep whatever rights you hold in what you submit. You grant ManualLib a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to host, store, reproduce, convert, index, display and distribute it as part of the library, for as long as it remains in the library. Uploads are reviewed before publication, and we may decline, edit the listing of, or remove any submission at any time.
6. Copyright complaints
If you believe a document infringes your copyright, follow the procedure in our DMCA and copyright policy. We remove infringing material on valid notice and stop accepting contributions from repeat infringers.
7. Advertising and external links
The site is funded by advertising, which is served by third parties such as Google. The site also links to other websites. We do not control and are not responsible for third-party advertisements, sites or services. See the Privacy Policy for how advertising partners use cookies.
8. No warranty
The site and everything on it are provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including warranties of accuracy, completeness, merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement. We do not promise that the site will be uninterrupted, error-free or that any document will remain available.
9. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, ManualLib and its operator are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or exemplary damages, or for any loss, injury or damage to property arising from your use of the site or your reliance on any document, summary or other content found on it. Where liability cannot be excluded, it is limited to US $100.
Some jurisdictions do not allow certain exclusions, so parts of sections 8 and 9 may not apply to you.
10. Changes and availability
We may change, suspend or discontinue any part of the site, and may update these terms by posting a revised version here with a new date. Continuing to use the site after a change means you accept the revised terms.
11. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, United States, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Disputes are to be brought in the courts located in Los Angeles County, California, unless the consumer law of your country gives you the right to sue elsewhere.
