Analog Devices ADP2105/ADP2106/ADP2107 Datasheet
The ADP2105/ADP2106/ADP2107 are low quiescent current, synchronous, step-down DC-to-DC converters available in a compact 4mm x 4mm LFCSP_VQ package. These devices utilize a current-mode, constant-frequency pulse-width modulation (PWM) control scheme at medium to high load currents and switch to pulse frequency modulation (PFM) under light loads to save power.
Key features include extremely high efficiency up to 97%, an ultralow quiescent current of 20 pA, and a shutdown supply current of less than 0.1 µA. The converters operate with input voltages from 2.7 V to 5.5 V and offer preset output voltage options or adjustable outputs ranging from 0.8 V to the input voltage.
