Analog Devices AD1671 12-Bit 1.25 MSPS A/D Converter Datasheet
The AD1671 is a complete single-chip sampling 12-bit, 1.25 MSPS analog-to-digital converter featuring an on-board high-performance sample-and-hold amplifier (SHA) and voltage reference. It guarantees no missing codes over the full operating temperature range and utilizes a merged high-speed bipolar/CMOS process for superior speed and power consumption compared to hybrid implementations.
The device supports input signal ranges of 0 V to +5 V unipolar or ±5 V bipolar, selectable via pin strapping, with an input resistance of 10 kΩ. It also offers a range of 0 V to +2.5 V unipolar or ±2.5 V bipolar with 10 MΩ input resistance. The AD1671 provides output data in two's complement or offset binary format and includes an out-of-range indicator for overflow conditions. This manual is written in Chinese.
