The ADP2105/ADP2106/ADP2107 are high efficiency, low quiescent current, synchronous step-down DC-DC converters. Its input voltage range is 2.7V to 5.5V, output voltage range is 0.8V to VIN, the maximum load current is ADP2105:1A, ADP2106:1.5A, ADP2107:2A, the switching frequency is 1.2MHz.
