About Manuallib
This site exists for anyone who has ever searched for a manual that should have been simple to find, but wasn’t.
How it started
Manuallib started as a simple idea when I was still in middle school.
Back then, I often ran into the same problem as many people do: a device stopped working, a function wasn’t clear, or a second-hand product came without its manual. Finding the right instruction manual online was frustrating—links were broken, manufacturer websites had changed, and older documents quietly disappeared over time.
I began collecting manuals one by one. At first, it was purely for personal use. Over time, it became clear that these documents were more than just files—they were practical knowledge. And once lost, they were often impossible to recover.
Online since 2012
The domain Manuallib.com was registered in February 2012, marking the point when this idea became a public website. But the work itself began long before that. What started as a habit eventually turned into a long-term commitment that has now lasted more than twenty years.

How it is run
There was no formal launch, no marketing campaign, and no fixed roadmap. Manuallib has been maintained quietly and consistently, driven by a simple belief: instruction manuals and technical documents should be preserved, organized, and easy to find—even years later.
It is for technicians, students, engineers, hobbyists, and everyday users who just want reliable information, without unnecessary barriers.
The principle
Manuallib is still growing and far from perfect. But its guiding principle has never changed:
If a manual exists, it should not be lost.

The library today
Documents come from public sources on the web and from visitors who share them. Where our manuals come from explains how.
