Report an error

With hundreds of thousands of documents, some are filed under the wrong model, cut short, or simply out of date. If you spot one, tell us and we will fix it.

What you can report

  • Wrong match: the manual is listed under the wrong brand, model or product category.
  • File problem: the PDF will not open or download, pages are missing, or the scan is unreadable.
  • Wrong details: title, language, document type or page count is incorrect.
  • Summary or FAQ mistake: the text on the page does not match what the manual actually says.
  • Outdated: a newer revision exists (a link to it helps a lot).
  • Should not be public: the document contains personal data, or was never meant for publication.

Copyright owners asking for removal should use the DMCA page, which lists what a valid notice needs.

Send a correction

What happens next

  1. A person reviews the report, usually within three business days.
  2. If we can confirm the problem, we correct the page, replace the file, or take the document down.
  3. If you left an email address, we tell you what we did. We use it for nothing else.
