Analog Devices AD9665 4-Channel Laser Diode Driver Datasheet
The AD9665 is a 4-channel, LVDS, dual-output laser diode driver designed for high-performance CD-RW and DVD recordable drives. It features four input channels, with the read channel generating a continuous output power level and three write channels controllable via TTL or LVDS interfaces. The device includes stable on-chip oscillators with independent frequency and amplitude control to reduce laser-mode hopping.
