Analog Devices AD7501/AD7502/AD7503 Datasheet
This document provides technical data for the AD7501 (8-channel), AD7502 (dual 4-channel), and AD7503 (8-channel with inverted enable) monolithic CMOS analog multiplexers. These devices switch one of eight inputs to a common output based on binary address lines and an enable input, compatible with TTL/DTL and CMOS logic levels.

Questions answered in these manuals
What is the difference between AD7501 and AD7503?
The AD7503 is identical to the AD7501 except its enable logic is inverted.
Are these devices compatible with TTL/DTL logic?
Yes, all digital inputs are TTL/DTL and CMOS logic compatible.
What is the typical on‑resistance of the AD75019 switches?
The typical on‑resistance is 150 Ω when VDD and VSS are –12 V.
How can multiple AD75019 devices be connected together?
They can be cascaded by connecting the SOUT output of one device to the SIN input of the next.
How many transistors are in the AD75019?
The AD75019 contains 5,472 transistors.
