Analog Devices ADA4091-2/ADA4091-4 Datasheet
The ADA4091-2 dual and ADA4091-4 quad are micropower, single‑supply operational amplifiers with rail‑to‑rail inputs and outputs. They feature overvoltage protection, low supply current (200 pA/amplifier), a 1.2 MHz bandwidth, 0.46 V/µs slew rate, and a 250 pV maximum offset voltage.
Both devices are offered in surface‑mount packages: the ADA4091-2 in 8‑lead SOIC and 8‑lead LFCSP, and the ADA4091-4 in 14‑lead TSSOP and 16‑lead LFCSP. They are specified for an industrial temperature range of –40 °C to +125 °C. The datasheet includes pin configurations, electrical specifications, absolute maximum ratings, thermal resistance data, and typical performance characteristics.
