Analog Devices ADRF6601 Receiver Mixer Datasheet
The ADRF6601 is a high dynamic range active receiver mixer that integrates a fractional-N phase-locked loop (PLL) and a voltage-controlled oscillator (VCO). It converts single-ended 50 Ω RF inputs into differential 200 Ω intermediate frequency (IF) outputs with frequencies up to 500 MHz. The device features an internal LO ranging from 750 MHz to 1160 MHz and supports programmable charge pump currents via a three-wire SPI interface.
Manufactured using advanced silicon-germanium BiCMOS technology, the ADRF6601 is available in a 40-pin, exposed pad leadframe chip scale package (LFCSP) measuring 6 mm x 6 mm. It operates over an industrial temperature range of -40°C to +85°C and includes features such as programmable IP3 optimization and low noise figure options. This manual is written in Chinese.
