Analog Devices AD7237/AD7247 Datasheet

Analog Devices AD7237/AD7247 Datasheet

Datasheet 12 pages · 1.2 MB · EN

The AD7237 and AD7247 are dual 12‑bit voltage‑output digital‑to‑analog converters that integrate on‑chip voltage reference, output amplifiers, and a parallel loading structure. They support both single‑supply (+15 V) and dual‑supply (±15 V) operation and offer selectable output ranges of 0‑5 V, 0‑10 V, and ±5 V.

Both devices are available in 24‑pin DIP and SOIC packages. The document includes full pin‑function tables, timing diagrams, electrical specifications, and example microprocessor interfacing circuits for processors such as the ADSP‑2101, 8086, and 68000.
