Analog Devices ADuM5401/ADuM5402/ADuM5403/ADuM5404 Four-Channel Isolator Datasheet
The ADuM5401‑5404 family provides four independent isolation channels based on Analog Devices' iCoupler® technology. Each channel can isolate digital signals while the integrated isoPower DC‑DC converter supplies a regulated 3.3 V or 5.0 V output, eliminating the need for a separate isolated power source. Typical applications include RS‑232/RS‑422/RS‑485 transceivers, industrial field‑bus isolation, PLC interfaces, and sensor isolation.
Key features include up to 500 mW of output power per channel, data rates up to 25 Mbps (NRZ), UL‑1577 certified isolation of 2500 V rms, a minimum creepage distance of 8 mm, and operation up to 105 °C.
