Analog Devices ADP2325 DC-DC Regulator Datasheet
The ADP2325 is a fully featured dual‑channel buck regulator that integrates high‑performance MOSFETs and low‑side drivers, allowing external N‑channel MOSFET control. It supports an input range of 4.5 V to 20 V and can deliver up to 5 A per channel (10 A in interleaved mode) with output voltages as low as 0.6 V.
The device offers programmable switching frequency (250 kHz‑1.2 MHz), optional PWM or PFM operation, external synchronization, and a range of protection features such as UVLO, OVP, over‑current and thermal shutdown. It is supplied in a 32‑pin LFCSP_WQ package and operates from –40 °C to +125 °C.
