Analog Devices AD5541A Datasheet Rev A
The AD5541A is a single‑supply, 16‑bit, serial‑input, unbuffered voltage‑output DAC from Analog Devices. It operates from 2.7 V to 5.5 V and provides a monotonic output with ±1 LSB INL across –40 °C to +125 °C. The device offers low noise (11.8 nV/√Hz), low temperature drift (0.05 ppm/°C) and a fast 1 µs settling time.
Available in 3 mm × 3 mm 8‑lead LFCSP, 10‑lead LFCSP and 10‑lead MSOP packages, the AD5541A supports 50 MHz SPI/QSPI/MICROWIRE/DSP‑compatible interfaces and includes hardware CS, LDAC and power‑on reset functions.
