Features include: 18-bit resolution, no missing codes, 95.5dB dynamic range, 93.5dB SNR, 2.048V internal reference voltage, 10ppm/°C drift, ±VREF differential input range, 5V/3.3V/2.5V interface, support SPI®/QSPI™/MICROWIRE™/DSP, 2μW standby current, 48-lead LQFP and LFCSP_VQ package. Suitable for medical instruments, high-speed data acquisition, etc.
