Analog Devices AD7651 16‑Bit 100 kSPS ADC Datasheet
The AD7651 is a 16‑bit, charge‑redistribution SAR analog‑to‑digital converter that operates from a single 5 V supply. It offers 100 kSPS throughput, an internal 2.5 V reference, and both parallel and serial (SPI/QSPI/MICROWIRE) interfaces, making it suitable for data‑acquisition, instrumentation, and DSP applications.
Available in 48‑lead LQFP and 48‑lead LFCSP packages, the device operates from –40 °C to +85 °C and supports a unipolar input range of 0 V to 2.5 V. Application notes describe how to extend the input range for bipolar or wider voltage spans.
