The AD5620/AD5640/AD5660 are low power, single, buffered voltage-out DACs available in 12-bit, 14-bit, and 16-bit resolutions. These devices are guaranteed monotonic by design and feature an on-chip, 1.25 V or 2.5 V, 5 ppm/°C reference. They are available in tiny 8-lead SOT-23 and MSOP packages.
