Analog Devices AD5620 Manuals

AD5620/AD5640/AD5660 are single nanoDACs from Analog Devices, supporting 12/14/16-bit resolution, and an on-chip 1.25V/2.5V, 5ppm/°C reference. The package is an 8-lead SOT-23/MSOP, and the supply voltage is 3V/5V. The power consumption is as low as 480nA@5V, 200nA@3V, and it has a 16-bit monotonic characteristic. It supports power-down, and has Schmitt-triggered inputs, serial interface, Rail-to-Rail operation and SYNC interrupt function.
