STMicroelectronics TS27L4 Quad Operational Amplifier Datasheet
The TS27L4 series are low-cost, low-power quad operational amplifiers using ST silicon gate CMOS process. They feature very low power consumption (10 pA/op), unity gain stability, and excellent phase margin on capacitive loads.
These devices offer three power consumption options within the series: TS27L4 for very low power (10 pA/op), TS27M4 for low power (150 pA/op), and TS274 for standard power (1 mA/amp). The amplifiers provide high input impedance, extremely low input currents, and output voltage swing to ground.
