STMicroelectronics L9954LXP Door Actuator Driver Datasheet
The L9954LXP is a microcontroller driven multifunctional door actuator driver designed for automotive applications. It integrates three half bridges capable of driving 0.75 A loads and two configurable high-side drivers supporting up to 1.5 A or 0.35 A loads, plus one dedicated high-side driver for 6 A loads.
The device features programmable soft start functions to handle higher inrush currents and includes comprehensive protection mechanisms such as short circuit, over-temperature, open-load, and overload diagnostics for all outputs. All operation modes are controlled via an integrated standard Serial Peripheral Interface (SPI), with diagnostic information available through the same interface.
