STMicroelectronics VN920DB5-E High-side Driver Datasheet
The VN920DB5-E is a monolithic high-side driver designed using VIPower MOS technology. It is intended for driving any type of load with one side connected to ground, providing protection against low energy spikes via an active output voltage clamp.
