STMicroelectronics VNQ600AP-E Quad Channel High Side Driver Datasheet
The VNQ600AP-E is a quad channel high side driver (HSD) formed by assembling two VND600-E chips in a single SO-28 package. Designed using STMicroelectronics VIPower MO-3 Technology, the device is intended for driving multiple loads with one side connected to ground. It features four independent channels and four analog sense outputs that deliver currents proportional to the output currents.
