Analog Devices ADF4206 Manuals

ADF4206/ADF4208 is a dual frequency synthesizer from Analog Devices. It is mainly used in the up-conversion and down-conversion sections of wireless receivers and transmitters. The synthesizer uses a low-noise, digital, phase frequency detector to achieve high-precision and high-stability frequency synthesis.

The Analog Devices ADF4206/ADF4207/ADF4208 dual RF PLL frequency synthesizers are high performance, low power, low cost, small size PLL frequency synthesizers that can achieve a frequency range of 550 MHz to 2.0 GHz. It has a 2.7 V to 5.5 V power supply voltage, an optional charge pump supply (VP), allows extended tuning voltage in 3 V systems, optional charge pump currents, an integrated oscillator circuit, an optional dual modulus prescaler (RF2: 32/33 or 64/65, RF1: 32/33 or 64/65), a 3-wire serial interface and a power-down mode. This product is widely used in wireless handsets (GSM, PCS, DCS, CDMA, WCDMA, LTE, etc.), portable computers, automotive electronics, satellite communications, industrial control, medical equipment and other applications.
