Analog Devices AD6622 Digital Transmit Signal Processor Datasheet
The AD6622 is a four-channel, 75 MSPS Digital Transmit Signal Processor (TSP) designed for wideband digital up-conversion. It features cascaded wideband channel summation and allows for the independent control of intermediate frequency (IF) and modulation for each channel. The device includes a programmable interpolating RAM coefficient filter, a high-speed CIC interpolating filter, and a Numerically Controlled Oscillator (NCO) for frequency translation.
The processor supports real or complex outputs and digital summation of channels. It is compatible with microprocessor control via generic interfaces and supports LVCMOS logic levels. The chip is intended for applications such as cellular/PCS base stations, micro/pico cell base stations, WBCDMA wireless local loop base stations, and phase array beam forming antennas.
