Analog Devices AD820 Single-Supply Op Amp Datasheet
The AD820 is a precision, low power FET input operational amplifier designed for true single-supply operation from 5 V to 36 V or dual supplies from +2.5 V to +18 V. It features rail-to-rail output swing, extending to within 10 mV of each supply rail, and an input voltage range that extends below ground in single-supply mode.
The device offers excellent DC and AC performance, including a maximum input offset voltage of 800 µV, a unity-gain bandwidth of 1.8 MHz, and a slew rate of 3 V/µs. With a minimum output current of 15 mA and the ability to drive capacitive loads up to 350 pF, the AD820 is suitable for battery-powered instrumentation, photodiode preamps, active filters, and medical applications.
