Analog Devices AD7366-5/AD7367-5 Handbook
The AD7366-5 and AD7367-5 are dual‑channel, 12‑/14‑bit successive‑approximation ADCs with true bipolar input capability and a 500 kSPS throughput rate. The devices are offered in a 24‑lead TSSOP package and include an on‑chip 2.5 V reference that can be disabled for external references.
The handbook provides functional block diagrams, detailed electrical specifications, timing requirements, layout and grounding recommendations, and application hints for integrating the converters into industrial or instrumentation designs.
