About this manual

The AD7366-5 (12‑bit) and AD7367-5 (14‑bit) are dual‑channel successive‑approximation ADCs fabricated in Analog Devices' iCMOS process. They provide true bipolar analog input capability, programmable input ranges (+10 V, +5 V, 0‑10 V, and +12 V with external reference), and a high‑speed serial interface compatible with SPI, QSPI, Microwire and DSP protocols. Typical performance includes 72 dB (AD7366-5) or 76 dB (AD7367-5) SNR at 50 kHz and a 500 kSPS conversion rate.

The devices are supplied in a 24‑lead TSSOP package and operate from 4.75‑5.25 V analog supplies with a wide operating temperature range of –40 °C to +85 °C. The handbook also provides layout and grounding recommendations, absolute maximum ratings, pin configurations, timing specifications, and ordering information for various temperature‑graded part numbers.
