Datasheet
This application note introduces how to interface AD7276 high speed data converter with Blackfin® processor. It also provides an example code to demonstrate how to program the Blackfin processor's serial ports (SPI and SPORT) to receive data from AD7276 device in both core access and DMA access modes. Power-down mechanism between ADC conversions in DMA mode is also introduced. The entire reference design is implemented on ADSP- BF535 EZ-KIT Lite™ board.
Datasheet
This document introduces the characteristics of the AD7276/AD7277/AD7278 three high-performance ADCs, including sampling rate, power consumption, bandwidth, accuracy, etc.
User Manual
The AD7276/AD7277/AD7278 are 12-/10-/8-bit, high speed, low power, successive approximation analog-to-digital converters (ADCs), respectively. They operate from a single 2.35 V to 3.6 V power supply and feature throughput rates of up to 3 MSPS. The products have characteristics such as low noise, wide bandwidth, flexible power/serial clock speed management, no pipeline delays, and high speed serial interface.
