The AD9845B is a 12-bit 30MSPS CCD signal processor featuring pin compatibility with AD9845A designs, a 12-bit 30MSPS A/D converter, a 30MSPS correlated double sampler (CDS), 4dB~6dB 6-bit pixel gain amplifier (PxGA®), 2dB to 36dB 10-bit variable gain amplifier (VGA), low noise clamp circuits, preblanking function, auxiliary inputs with VGA and input clamp, a 3-wire serial digital interface, 3V single-supply operation, low power: 153mW @ 3V supply, and a space-saving 48-lead LQFP package.
