The AD9834 is a low power, +2.3 V to +5.5 V, 50 MHz complete DDS with low jitter clock output, sine output/triangular output, serial loading and power-down option. The device is packaged in a 20-pin TSSOP, and consumes only 20 mW of power.

It has Narrow-band SFDR>72dB, 2.3V to 5.5V power supply, 50MHz reference clock, 0MHz to 25MHz output, sine output/triangular output, on-board comparator, 3-wire SPI® interface, extended temperature range (-40°C to +105°C), power-down option, 20mW power consumption, 3V, 20-Lead TSSOP package and other features.
