STMicroelectronics TS613 Dual Wide Band Operational Amplifier Datasheet
The TS613 is a dual operational amplifier featuring a high output current of 200mA minimum, a large gain-bandwidth product of 130MHz, and the capability to drive a 25Ω load with a 160mA output current at a +6V power supply. It is designed for applications requiring the simultaneous amplification of multiple carriers with very low intermodulation products. The device is available in SO8 plastic and SO8 Exposed-Pad plastic packages.
