STMicroelectronics TS393 Manuals

TS393 is a low-power dual CMOS voltage comparator from ST Microelectronics. It features an extremely low supply current of only 9µA, making it ideal for battery-powered applications. The device also has extremely low input bias current and input offset current, an input common-mode voltage range that includes ground, and a high input impedance of 1012Ω. Its response time is also fast, at only 2.5µs. The TS393 is pin-to-pin and functionally compatible with the dual bipolar LM393.
