ADSP-BF542/ADSP-BF544/ADSP-BF547/ADSP-BF548/ADSP-BF549 is a Blackfin embedded processor with a maximum clock speed of 600MHz. It has two 16-bit MACs, two 40-bit ALUs, and four 8-bit video ALUs. It has a RISC-like register and instruction model, supports a variety of operating voltages, and has flexible boot options. It has an on-chip programmable voltage regulator and uses a 400-ball CSP_BGA package that complies with RoHS standards.
