This document describes the application of Agilent's Brilliant III Ultra-Fast QPCR Master Mixes on the BioRad CFX96 Real-Time PCR platform. The product features a novel fast Taq mutant that enables qPCR results in under 40 minutes. The enhanced rapid hot start capability saves time and reduces primer-dimer formation. The optimized fast cycling formulation ensures reliable and reproducible data with shorter run times. The master mixes are compatible with any fluorescent detection chemistry, including both sequence-specific probes and SYBR® Green dyes.
