Agilent ZORBAX SB-C18 RRHT Threaded Column Datasheet
The Agilent ZORBAX SB-C18 RRHT threaded columns are specially designed for higher pressure operation (up to 600 bar) and are packed with a high performance microparticulate C18 packing for high-speed reversed phase HPLC. The StableBond packing is made by chemically bonding a sterically-protected C18 stationary phase to a specially prepared, high purity ZORBAX porous silica microsphere.

Questions answered in these manuals
What is the maximum operating pressure for these columns?
The maximum operating pressure is 600 bar (9000 psi).
What is the recommended storage solvent for long term storage?
Long term storage should be in a pure organic solvent, preferably an aprotic liquid such as 100% acetonitrile.
What is the main advantage of using the RRHT column over the conventional column?
The RRHT column allows for more rapid separations with virtually the same resolution, saving about 40% in time.
What is the peak capacity of the 1.8-µm column compared to the 5-µm column?
The calculated peak capacity for the 1.8-µm column was 442, which is over 50% higher than the 290 capacity of the 5-µm column.
