STMicroelectronics STTH4R02-Y Automotive Ultrafast Recovery Diode Datasheet
The STTH4R02-Y is an automotive-grade ultrafast recovery diode utilizing ST's 200 V planar Pt doping technology. It is designed for use in low voltage, high frequency inverters, freewheeling, and polarity protection applications within the automotive industry.
The device offers very low conduction and switching losses with a typical reverse recovery time of 16 ns at room temperature. It is available in SMB and SMC packages and is qualified to AEC-Q101 standards for use in harsh automotive environments up to a junction temperature of 175 °C.
