SPEAr320S Embedded MPU is designed based on ARM926 core, and is suitable for industrial and consumer applications. Main features include ARM926EJ-S CPU core, multilayer bus matrix, 32 KB ROM and 8 KB SRAM etc.

This document describes the features of the EVALSP320SCPU evaluation board, including the SPEAr320S embedded MPU, DDR2 memory, Flash memory, USB interfaces, and debug ports.

EVALSP320SPLC is an evaluation board for SPEAr320S microprocessor. It features 2 x Ethernet RJ-45 connectors, 2 x CAN DB9 plug connectors, 3 x RS-232 DB9 plug connectors, 1 x RS-485 DB9 socket connector, digital input connectors, digital output connectors, on-board temperature sensor, potentiometer, analog extension connector, general-purpose extension connector, DC/DC converter, MicroSD card socket, 4 LEDs, 2 general-purpose buttons and system reset button.

EVALSP320SHMI is an expansion board for SPEAr320S for HMI applications. EVALSP320SHMI expansion board can be used with SPEAr320S CPU board (sold separately: order code EVALSP320SCPU) to evaluate the SPEAr320S microprocessor with a variety of devices, especially in its HMI automation mode.
