STMicroelectronics STGIPL14K60 IPM Datasheet
The STGIPL14K60 is an intelligent power module (IPM) designed for 3-phase inverters in applications such as home appliances and air conditioners. It combines ST proprietary control ICs with short-circuit rugged IGBT technology in a compact SDIP-38L package.
The device features a 15 A continuous collector current and 600 V collector-emitter voltage rating. It includes built-in control ICs for gate driving, free-wheeling diodes, and protection functions such as undervoltage lockout, smart shut down, and fault protection against overtemperature and overcurrent.
