The M95640, M95640-W, M95640-R and M95640-DR are 64 Kbit serial SPI bus EEPROMs with high-speed clock, which are produced by ST. The features of the product are: the memory array is 64 Kb (8 Kbytes) EEPROM, the page size is 32 bytes, it has Write lockable Page (Identification page), supports Byte Write within 5 ms and Page Write within 5 ms, supports Write Protect, the highest clock frequency is 20 MHz, the single supply voltage is 1.8 V to 5.5 V, supports 1 million Write cycles and 40-year data retention, and has Enhanced ESD Protection.
