About this manual

This document is a datasheet for the M95640, M95640-W, M95640-R, and M95640-DR series of 64 Kbit (8 Kbytes) electrically erasable programmable memory (EEPROM) devices. These devices are accessed via a high-speed Serial Peripheral Interface (SPI) bus and support a clock frequency of up to 20 MHz. They operate with a single supply voltage ranging from 1.8 V to 5.5 V and offer more than 1 million write cycles with over 40-year data retention. The M95640-DR variant includes an additional 32-byte Identification Page that can be permanently locked in read-only mode.
