This document introduces the M95320 and M95640 series 32Kbit and 64Kbit serial SPI bus EEPROMs with high-speed clock, released in May 2005. They are compatible with the SPI bus serial interface and support different clock rates and write times. The EEPROMs feature a status register, hardware protection, self-timed programming cycle, adjustable size read-only EEPROM area, enhanced ESD protection, and long data retention capability.
