The TS4999 is a filter-free stereo 2.8W class D audio power amplifier with selectable 3D sound effects. It operates from VCC = 2.4 to 5.5V and provides an output power of 2.8W per channel at 5V into 4Ω with 10% THD+N, or 0.7W at 3.6V into 8Ω with 1% THD+N. The amplifier features selectable 3D sound effects, four gain setting steps, low current consumption, short-circuit and thermal shutdown protection, and a fast start-up phase. It is suitable for applications such as cellular phones, PDAs, and notebook PCs.
