The STTH2002C is a high efficiency ultrafast diode from ST. It is suited for switch mode power supplies and high frequency DC to DC converters. The device is packaged in TO-220AB, D2PAK, TO-220FPAB and I2PAK, and is intended for use in low voltage, high frequency inverters, free wheeling and polarity protection applications.
