STPMS2 Smart Sensor II Dual-Channel Sigma-Delta Modulator Datasheet
The STPMS2 is an ASSP designed for effective measurement in power line systems using Rogowski coils, current transformers, Hall sensors, or shunt resistors. It consists of two analog measuring channels featuring second-order sigma-delta modulators with non-overlapping control signal generators. The device also includes a temperature-compensated band-gap reference voltage generator and a low-drop supply voltage stabilizer.
