This document describes the features and performance of the power MOSFET products, STP6NB25 and STP6NB25FP, produced by STMicroelectronics. STP6NB25 is a N-channel MOSFET produced by STMicroelectronics. Its feature is that RDS(on) is only 0.9 ohms, dv/dt capability is extremely high, and it can be used for high current, high frequency switching applications, such as UPS power supplies, DC-DC&DC-AC converters.
