The L6234 is a triple half bridge to drive a brushless DC motor. It operates with a supply voltage from 7 to 52V, has a peak current of 5A, typ. RDSon value of 0.3Ω at 25°C, cross conduction protection, TTL compatible driver, operating frequency up to 150kHz, thermal shutdown, intrinsic fast free wheeling diodes, input and enable function for each half bridge, and a 10V external reference.
