STMicroelectronics HCF4093 Quad 2-input NAND Schmidt Trigger Datasheet
The HCF4093 is a monolithic integrated circuit fabricated in metal oxide semiconductor technology, containing four Schmitt trigger circuits. Each circuit functions as a 2-input NAND gate with Schmitt trigger action on both inputs, designed to switch at different points for positive and negative going signals. The device is available in DIP-14 and SOP-14 packages.
